Yes! Invisible extensions are one of the safest methods for adding length and volume. They’re designed to blend seamlessly with your natural hair while placing minimal stress on your scalp and strands. When installed and maintained properly, they are gentle and non-damaging. We specialize in custom applications to ensure the health of your natural hair is always a top priority.
Every head of hair is different, which is why I offer a personalized consultation before any service. We’ll assess your hair texture, density, lifestyle, and overall hair goals to determine the perfect method—whether that’s Micro Bead, Hand-Tied Wefts, Mermaid 2 Gram Strands, Nano Keratin Bonds, or a custom hybrid blend.
When applied correctly by a trained professional, extensions should not damage your natural hair. I use only premium methods that prioritize hair health and customize placement to ensure your strands are protected and can grow and thrive.
High-quality human hair extensions typically last 9–12 months or more, depending on care and method.
Reusable extensions tend to outlast tape-ins or glued systems when maintained properly.
Mermaid 2 Gram Extensions are thicker, more voluminous strands ideal for clients who want bold, full-glam results. They’re not recommended for fine hair due to the weight but are perfect for achieving maximum fullness and length.
Yes, but your texture, thickness, and scalp condition must be considered.
A professional consultation will help select the best method and hair match for your individual needs.
Absolutely. I offer precision color matching using multiple tones to ensure a flawless blend. I can also custom-tone extension hair if needed for the most natural, seamless finish.
Pricing varies depending on the method, length, and amount of hair needed. A full-head installation can range from $500–$1200+, including premium hair. All services are priced transparently during your consultation, where I’ll create a fully custom quote based on your specific needs and goals.
Allow 2–3 weeks for your extensions to fully adapt to your natural hair, water, products, and routine.
If you’re wearing Cylinder (I-tip) or Polymer Bond (Keratin) extensions, you may notice a few bonds or strands slipping in the first couple of weeks. This is completely normal. Keep any strands that slip out—we will reapply them at your next appointment .A follow-up appointment is recommended within the first 2 weeks to make adjustments and answer any new questions.
You’ll also need to “train” the hair to hold curls or lay flat, as it may not have been previously styled before being applied.
While a consultation isn’t required, we highly recommend booking one, especially if you’re trying a new service or looking for a big change. Consultations allow us to understand your goals, assess your hair’s current condition, and recommend the best service for you. Plus, it’s a great way to ask any questions and feel confident about your appointment.
Wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo 24–48 hours before your appointment to remove any product buildup and ensure a clean base for the extensions.
You may apply conditioner from the midshaft down, but do not apply any conditioner to the roots, as it can interfere with the bonding process.
For optimal results, we recommend getting a Hair Botox treatment every 3-4 months. This allows the smoothing and nourishing effects to remain consistent while maintaining the health and manageability of your hair. The exact timing can vary depending on your hair type, lifestyle, and how often you wash your hair.
Yes, with caution.
Wear a swim cap to protect the extensions from chlorine and saltwater.
Rinse immediately after swimming with fresh water and wash with a gentle shampoo to remove any chemical residue.
Yes, you can. Always use sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners to maintain the integrity of your extensions. Wash gently and avoid excessive washing.
Never apply conditioner directly to the roots—apply only to the mid-lengths and ends, and be sure to rinse thoroughly to prevent buildup at the bonds.
Yes! All of my extension methods are strategically placed to allow for versatile styling—including updos, ponytails, and buns—without revealing any bonds or wefts.
Yes, but with care.
Do not use heat tools on damp or wet hair—this can severely damage the strands.
Never apply heat protectants to dry hair followed by hot tools.
Use the lowest airspeed setting when blow-drying.
Dry the hair completely before styling with a flat iron or curling tool.
Proper care is essential for keeping your extensions looking flawless and feeling luxurious.
-Wash your hair at least twice a week to remove buildup from oils and products.
-Use a clarifying shampoo by K18 every two weeks to deeply cleanse and refresh the hair without drying it out.
-Never use products that contain silicone, as they can cause slippage and weaken the extension bonds.
-Do not use any products purchased from drugstores or pharmacies, as they often contain harsh ingredients, fillers, or alcohol that can damage extensions and strip moisture.
-Use only brushes made specifically for hair extensions, and avoid any with rounded or ball-tip bristles, which can snag and damage the hair.
-Do not wrap your hair in a towel overhead—this creates friction and stress at the root. Instead, gently blot dry with a soft towel.
-Never blow dry your hair upside down, as it can create frizz and stress on your natural hair and extension bonds.
-Brush gently and regularly to prevent tangles.
-Always store your extensions in a cool, dry place when not in use.
-Use a wide-tooth comb or extension-specific brush, starting at the ends and working upward.
-Apply a leave-in conditioner for added slip if needed.
-Be gentle—never tug or pull on tangled strands.
This is often a sign of dryness. Hair extensions are more prone to this, as they don’t receive natural oils from the scalp.
-Use a clarifying shampoo every 4–6 weeks, followed by a low pH conditioner to reseal and soften the cuticle.
-Keep hair moisturized and clean.
-Avoid round brushes or any tools with bristles that have balls on the ends, which can cause breakage.
-Choose sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoos and conditioners.
-Avoid heavy oils, silicones, and name-brand products with harsh detergents.
-Use a clarifying shampoo every 6–8 weeks to eliminate buildup and revive softness.
-For blondes especially, moisture is critical—many conditioners rinse off entirely without hydrating. Choose wisely!
Light blondes are more delicate and require extra care.
-Wash frequently with moisturizing products.
-Avoid high-heat blowouts, aggressive round brushing, or pulling.
-Dry gently, then smooth with a flat iron only when fully dry.
-Use low airflow and avoid friction or stretching.
